* Spring Into Leicester Lush Easter Event *

So with easter just around the corner I was invited to the #SpringIntoLeicester Lush Easter Event and I was so excited when I was given an invite to yet another amazing event. this event is my second Lush event so far during my time blogging, the first one I attended was their Christmas event in 2016.

Being invited to this event means we were the first ones to see the easter range and even buy the products before they were officially on sale, which I think is amazing.  I was able to bring a plus one so I brought one of my good friends Molly, this was her very first Lush event (even though she isnt a blogger herself.) We also met up with Hollie and Rebecca when we went and had some sushi (but I didn't eat any!) When it came closer to the time we all headed down together for the event which started at 7pm.

It was another huge turn out just like last year with many other bloggers, Youtubers and Instagramers joining us all. We were greeted perfectly by all of the hosts of the evening and they are all such wonderful people! We were all given our own personal ID tags so we could show blog names etc. While looking round at all the new wonderful easter products, there was just so much, I didnt even know where to start! The first thing to catch my eye was the Golden Egg Bath Bomb/Bath Oil, the amount of gold glitter on this was unbelievable! Quite a few of us wore it on our faces to feel all Eastery! We were shown a demo of this product and it looked beautiful watching the outer bath oil melt to the show the stunning yellow bath bomb hidden underneath.

All the new products were so pretty you can get Chick 'N' Mix (Bath Bomb), Which Came First (Bath Bomb) Golden Egg (Bath Bomb & Oil)  Bunch Of Carrots (Bubble Bar) Flopsy (Shower Jelly) Wash Behind Your Ears (Shower Gel) & Chocolate Easter Egg (Soap) so as you can see, you have a lot to choose from.

Of course with me I was drawn to the bath bombs and bubble bars because that is what I use the most at Lush and all the easter stuff didn't disappoint me at all. They were all so bright and smelled amazing, I think I took one of everything home with me.

During the time we also had a mini game called Easter Egg Hunt, we had to look round the shop and find mini paper eggs. Whomever has the most at the end won a wonderful prize (I couldn't find any). They also laid out some wonderful Vegan treats and fresh juice for us all to help ourselves, they all tasted great. We were able to make some wonderful products of our own, we made Cupcake Face Mask, Butter Ball Bath Bomb and Creamy Candy Bubble Bar. So we headed upstair in groups we all got our hands dirty mixing the products and making them into many shapes and sizes. I loved it because not only can you make them yourself but you can actually see what goes into each product they sell in the store.

Also upstairs is a mini selfie booth with some easter props so we had a mini photo to take home which is just so sweet of them.

I had a wonderful time at this event and I loved every single moment of it. I got to spend time with some amazing people and I loved bringing along Molly, she told me how much she enjoyed it as well. Everything about the new range is just perfect, there's not a thing I'm disappointed in, Lush you have done well yet again with another fantastic event. They have also given a free goodie bag with some amazing samples in it which I would like to say thank you for. I want to give a shout out to Aiyaaz who never fails to disappoint me, showing me some great products and got some amazing selfies with also, but I want to thank him for giving me some other free goodies for me to take home! He is an angel!

Thank you to everyone who works at Lush for letting me be apart of this amazing event I loved every moment of it.

What do you love about Lush?

Until next time

  3. I think my favourite thing about Lush is that their products (hair products especially) don't irritate my skin, I find it so hard to find hair products I like but their I Love Juicy shampoo is my all time favourite! This looks like a really fun event as well, all of the products in their Spring collection look so cute.
