* MY 10 WAYS TO PAMPER *


Now I know we all love to pamper ourselves every now and again or even every night! Some people do and some people don't. So I thought that I would share with you 10 things that I do to pamper myself, to destress, and just to relax after a long busy day which I think we all deserve don't you?

I always start by thinking of which order I want to do them in, I have a few different pamper nights, but this first one is the most effect one. I feel I'm always far more relaxed and ready to sleep after doing this.


1. RUN A HOT BATH
Now of course my number one thing to do is run a hot bath, I know so many of you do the same thing because it's just the perfect way to pamper yourself. Just knowing you can relax, and not having to think or worry about anything at all. I like to have my bath quite hot so that I end up getting out all red.

2. PICK OUT A BATH BOMB
A bath is not a bath without picking your favourite bath bomb! I went with a Luxury Lush Pud bath bomb as I still have some of my christmas ones to use up. This one just smells stunning and with the colour I just can't stop looking at it.


3. GRAB MY FAVOURITE CANDLE
Every time I have a bath or even just sit in my room I always have a candle lit. I just love candles, they just make the room so calm and relaxing. I am quite into Zoella Lazy Days at the moment, this one is just a soft scent and slowly fills the room with the smell of fresh clean clothes.

4. PICK MY SHOWER CREAM OF CHOICE
I have so many shower creams it is so hard to pick which one I want to use, but I went with Elemis this time as the scent from this range is just to die for!

5. GET IN TO MY PJS
There is nothing better then climbing into your best pjs after a relaxing bath, I went with my favourite disney character Thumper. I just think he is the cutest little thing around I have so much with Thumper's face on it!

6. MAKE A CUP OF TEA
NOTHING! and I mean nothing is better than having a cup of tea, am I right? I don't think I know of anyone who doesn't enjoy a good cup of tea before going to bed, it's just a rule, well to me it is! I am so obsessed with tea.

7. SCROLL THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA
Always have a quick catch up on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram I just cant help but to have a look through at what people have shared on their blogs. I enjoy reading about the places that other people have visited. I love keeping up with the people that I follow, sending a few tweets, and commenting on some blogs too.

8. DO FACIAL ROUTINE
I have been using Elemis for a good few years now and I have never turned back off this product. The scent of this range is unbelievable! It also makes my skin feel so soft.

9. GRAB MY BOOK
I have been hooked on Zoella Girl Online and I have finally read the last part. I always love grabbing my book and reading a few chapters of it to help me feel more and more relaxed that I started falling asleep, which is the main goal.


10.CLIMB INTO BED
Then of course it's time to climb into bed and drift off to sleep. I find this routine always helps me sleep so much better, but the night just goes too fast and it's soon become morning! Fresh sheets, fresh pjs, who doesn't love them when getting into bed?
